Pet Policy

Pets - Max 2 allowed, One time Fee $300.00, Rent $10.00

 A Pet Agreement is required for all resident pet owners. Allowable pets are dogs, cats, birds, and fish. Breed restrictions apply and must be approved by management. Restricted breeds are as follows: Pitbulls/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Reptiles, and Pot Bellied Pigs (insurance deems as high risk). All pets must be more than one year old. A separate Pet Agreement and the additional non-refundable fee are required for each pet. Please note: At any time during a lease when a pet is acquired, the pet agreement must be engaged. Limit 2 pets per unit. Unauthorized pets will be considered a lease violation. The following fees pertain to pets: $300 non-refundable fee per pet and Monthly Pet Rent of $10 per pet.

Non-Smoking Community

To promote a healthier living space for all our residents, we are a non-smoking community. No smoking will be permitted on premises, units, or common areas.  All areas within 25 feet of any window, structure, or any private buildings are designated as non-smoking.
